We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated on the northwestern edge of Jinji lake. We loved the access to the bridgewalk over the water right in front of the hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool, sauna, and gym available for use. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very spacious layouts. The breakfast provided a wide range of options, from Japanese to Indian, Chinese, and Western food. The staff were attentive and polite, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests.

Was all great.

People were the best. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist, from the door man t the GM.

My recent stay at Crowne Plaza Suzhou was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They surprised me with a birthday cake in my room, which was a lovely gesture. The rooms were luxurious and had a private bar area, adding to the overall experience. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore Suzhou. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything! A superb hotel, very comfortable and good food. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Design of hotel is amazing; it is shaped like an ocean liner and sits next to a large lake. Ideal for those who want to go on a cruise and suffer from sea-sickness!

Having to leave!

Great facility with nice views, very comfortable beds and clean rooms / bathroom. Pool, Sauna, Gym, several restaurants, everything there you need. Breakfast was included in the room rate, offered much choice and was good (however not impressive). Considering the price performance ratio of other five star hotels this one is a good choice, as it is rather medium priced and therefore my expectations were fully met.

Food in the restaurants inside the hotel as well as nearby was very pricy but not impressive. Staff was nice and attentive but - as it seems to be the common rule in China - never seems to understand the "why" of their own actions... A waitress brought me coffee for breakfast, I got up to quickly get a plate of food, when I came back my fresh coffee and the whole table was already cleaned up, I didn't even drink the coffee. It's not a big deal but just don't "over - do" things. Another one: "no we don't have a sauna sir", "sorry your information is not correct, we don't have any sauna in our hotel" "oh I checked again actually we have a sauna in the basement where the pool is..." No worries, thanks:-)

Celebrated Christmas at this beautiful hotel with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, from tasty Western food to delicious Asian cuisine. The indoor pool was a great choice for relaxing during the winter. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Although it had a good location near the lake, there wasn't much to do nearby. The rooms were a bit too small for our liking.

It's a pleasant experiense. Facilities of the hotel are excellent, surroundings and atmosphere is almost amazing. Nice choosen!

The hotel is nestled next to a beautiful lake, making it a great location for morning walks or evening strolls. The luxurious rooms are spacious, and some even offer great views of the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and provided great service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was a favorite with an array of options to choose from.

Despite the few outdated areas in the hotel, everything was well-maintained, and it did not interfere with our stay.

Great service and location!

We recently stayed at a hotel near a lake and were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff. The location was perfect as we were able to enjoy leisurely walks by the lake and there were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The cozily decorated quarters and wonderful view of the lake made for a relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary coffee and tea, which made our mornings more enjoyable and stress-free.

Although the hotel had many positive qualities, the food and beverage was below average. The BBQ party offered limited options, making it a less than satisfactory experience.
