The hotel's unique cruise ship design and stunning JinJi Lake view were highlights of our family stay. The staff went above and beyond, with Alex ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. The comfortable lounge was perfect for unwinding after a busy day with the kids.

For dads, it would be great to improve the family activities.

The breakfast was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The staff's attention and willingness to assist were remarkable. I requested decaffeinated coffee and received it within minutes. The lake view from my room added a serene atmosphere that enhanced my stay.

There was no decaffeinated coffee readily available at the buffet.
